The Counter
French meats, selected for their quality and origin. Aubrac beef, Salers, properly raised Angus. Aged cuts, because time does what no seasoning can replace. Farm lamb, milk-fed veal, free-range pork. And sometimes, for those seeking the exceptional, rare cuts. Wagyu, Simmental, Iberian Pata Negra pork. Because there are days when you want something different.
The Charcuterie
The Lyon tradition is there, obviously. Charcuterie by Maison Montalet. Rosette, jésus, cervelas. But also fine charcuterie from Italy and Spain. Bellota ham sliced before you. Homemade pâté en croûte. Seasonal terrines. What you eat on the go can also be eaten at the table. A charcuterie board with a glass of Beaujolais — that's already a meal.
The Caterer
Prepared dishes with the same care as raw meat. Roasted poultry, slow-cooked stews, seasonal gratins. What you don't have time to make, we make for you. With the same products as those on the counter.
